Rage Against The Machine frontman, Zack de la Rocha, is suing BOLA organisers, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, our sources have confirmed.
CRB-VIP learnt of the lawsuit immediately following the end of this years event.
Zack is said to not only be offended that the events name is a direct copy of RATM’s 1999 album, the Battle of Los Angeles, but also goes against of his personal beliefs.
Zack told our reporter that he was pushing through with the lawsuit due to his firm stance as a human rights activist, seeing the horrific violence on display as violating everything he campaigns against.
According to Zack, legal action may have been avoiding if this years winner was anyone but Marty Scurll. Apparently, vegetarian Zack was so distraught that Marty won the whole event with his submission move, the Chicken Wing, that he filed the lawsuit immediately after the 3 count.
CRB-VIP will keep you posted on any further developments.
